We wanted somewhere quite close to airport. It was amazing value for the price - great king-size bed for one parent and two kids, lovely pool upstairs, gym and excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, room service every day and everything tidy and clean, water in the room replenished daily. Perfect location of the hotel for other activities, quiet surroundings. Staff always willing and pleasant, especially at breakfast with a personal approach from Nadeesha, Chrysl, Marco, thank you very much... breakfast with fresh fruit and all you can eat Everything smelled nice and we could enjoy our stay Free shuttle to La Mer Beach every morning with 5 min far a way

I didn't like anything about this hotel starting from the location ending to rooms, everything is super nasty and bad. All what they posted about the location are a big lie, the airport is around 30/40 minutes, hold souk is around 40 minutes too, nothing is special about this hotel except you will get nervous and feel un comfortable all times. Im very disappointed about HH chain standards now because of this hotel.

The staff and cleaners very friendly . Just to mention warning!!!!!: inside the hotel downstairs at reception there is a company that sells packages for the dessert . Do not use this company , I repeat do not !!! The dessert experience was ruined by this them Instead it felt more like a refugee camp and a souk market When we got to the dessert the staff was all rude when you didnt wanna purchase more stuff and every minute they came to sell something whilst we was watching the show . And the food so spicy only made for Indians and Pakistani .. it went straight thru my body in the toilet . Book online rather !!!!!

The staff was excellent: friendly, courteous, available. The room keeping staff Ram Khumar from Nepal was outstanding, only second to Rabindra, also from Nepal, whom I had met during my second stay at Hilton. Hardly find any more dedicated staff.
